Flatbread pizza has been mine and Traci’s go-to meal when in a hurry since before we were married. Not only are they incredibly easy, delicious, and diet-friendly, but they’re infinitely customizable. In this post, I’ll share the directions and nutrition facts for how we make pepperoni flatbread pizza and at the end I’ll give you some variations we’ve tried and love.
Ingredients
Flatout Flatbread
60g Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce
56g Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
16 slices Turkey Pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place flatbreads directly on the rack for around four minutes. (You can add or subtract time depending on how crispy you want the crust.)
IMPORTANT: Let the flatbreads cool before putting on your ingredients. The flatbreads stiffen as they cool and you’ll want the flatbread to be stiff enough to hold your ingredients.
Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Place back into the oven until your cheese is melted.
